Bear Candy® accepts orders via e-mail, fax or phone. You will receive a confirmation on e-mail or faxed orders within 48 business hours with your order total, including shipping.
We

Personal Checks and Money Orders.
Orders paid by personal check may be subject to shipping delays.
E-mail Instructions: If you would prefer ordering by e-mail, you may contact us direct at orders@bearcandy.com . Please use product codes and indicate the desired quantity of each item.

Any order correspondence is graciously accepted.
On any e-mail or fax correspondence, please provide a phone number where you may be reached.
Don't forget to include sizes and gift messages when
applicable.
If ordering gifts for more than one person, please provide complete shipping addresses, gift card messages, product codes and quantities you wish to send to the individual.

shipping & handling charges on international packages,

Orders for Holiday delivery
should be placed at
least 2 weeks prior to the holiday. Supplies
are limited to stock on hand; placing orders earlier will
guarantee delivery.
*Due to the perishable nature of many of our seafood
products, we ship by United Parcel Service Second-day Air on
Mondays and Tuesdays only. Because UPS does not deliver to Post
Office boxes, it is important that you provide accurate
street addresses and phone numbers
(which will be used in the event of a delivery problem only).
We guarantee delivery in perfect condition to the address
indicated on the order form, but we cannot extend our
guarantee to shipments that are undeliverable.
