We start with Pacific Northwest salmon, hand selecting only the best. The curing begins with an all-natural sugar and low-salt brine, after which the salmon is slowly soft-smoked to perfection. Our exclusive blend of natural hardwoods and unique smoking process eliminates the heavy particulates present in the smoke before it comes into contact with the seafood. The salmon is carefully vacuum packaged using a state-of-the-art "Second Skin™" process that locks the natural, heart-healthy Omega 3 oils into the fish, capturing the rich flavor and color while sealing in freshness.
